Yes, exactly. I will let you pick the worst of the worst injuries you'll see here. These are probably three most horrible injuries ever happened in the last 5 years or so in European football.

These three players, who unluckily broke their leg, had to sideline from the pitch for at least 9 months, and rumours said that Marcin Wasilewski could be out for at least one year due to his broken leg. These three players are respectively:

1. Marcin Wasilewski of Anderlecht (by Axel Witsel's tackle during Standard Liege match 30/08/2009)

2. Djibril Cisse of Liverpool (by his wrong fall position after James McEveley's challenge during Blackburn match 30/10/2004)

3. Eduardo da Silva of Arsenal (by Martin Taylor's tackle during Birmingham match 23/02/2008)
